What the light does in April

Prague’s blossom month: cherry trees on Petřín, magnolias in the gardens, and evenings stretching toward 20:00.

Photographer’s notes

This is peak season for blossom photoshoots — the Petřín cherry window usually lasts barely two weeks. Golden hour around 19:00 pairs blossoms with warm light; book early, April dates go fast.

Golden hour is roughly the first hour after sunrise and the last before sunset; blue hour — the city-lights-on-deep-blue-sky window — runs about 25–40 minutes after sunset.

Want your photos taken in exactly this light? See photoshoot packages or get in touch — I plan every session around the sun.
