November Sunset and Sunrise Times in Prague

Misty morning fog rolling gently over the Vltava River with Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral silhouetted dramatically in the background.

What the light does in November

The quiet month: bare trees, moody fog mornings, sunset before 16:30 — and by month’s end, the first Christmas lights.

Photographer’s notes

Fog over the Vltava at 7:30 sunrise is November’s secret gift. Plan sessions for midday-to-15:30 warmth, and from late November the Christmas markets add their glow — the winter season begins.

Golden hour is roughly the first hour after sunrise and the last before sunset; blue hour — the city-lights-on-deep-blue-sky window — runs about 25–40 minutes after sunset.

Want your photos taken in exactly this light? See photoshoot packages or get in touch — I plan every session around the sun.
